Replacement Headphones

Your headphones were my favorite but not anymore because - they make noises like the noises of clock - when I paired my phone and my pc to the same headphones they connect with either one that's playing music but now they don't - when I use google assistant they make the sound very weird and sometimes it disappears

My bluedio T7+ disconnects after few minutes

Noticed on 4 devices, 2 phones and 2 computers After few minutes (3/5mn) sound stops, and after 1 more minute it says "device disconnected" no way to reconnect without switching off and on again.

Annoying pipping sound when in noise cancelation mode

A good while back I bought a Bluedio T4 headphone. There is much I like about it, but an important reason why I bought it, doesn´t function: Right from when I got it, it very easy gets an pipping sound in noise cancellation mode. When I move the left side and /or press it tight to my ear it might go away. But usually comes straight back when I relieve the pressure. And it is very annoying not only for me, but even more for the people around me. I guess I have waited too long, but it has come to the point that I can´t really use the cancellation mode ( for which I bought it. Is there something I can do to stop it or is it the headphone not functioning correctly ? With kind regards, Harry Groot

After a month of usage , one side of the earphones is not working... I was a regular user. I used the earphones like 3-4 times a week.. Bt still got one side is not working.. I love this earphone. And I hope you'll replace me with a new one.

Called amazon over the weekend regarding broken head phones that don't longer keep a charge. Supervisor called bluedio but office was closed. Received an email with the office contact info but call didn't go through for reasons unknown. Called amazon customer service today &;;;;;; spoke with a rep that said he could only send me a return label for the faulty headphones. I would like a new pair to be sent to me instead. Malfunctioning Device

Good day, I bought 2 pairs of the Particle Bluetooth headsets from Amazon. One pair works great with no issues. However, the other pair is not working well at all. The audio is distorted and there is also static when listening to music. Additionally, I cannot hear callers very well on phone calls; they sound distant.
